AT&T Advertising Solutions Bargaining Report #36

The Union and the Company met today March 4, 2010 and continued to discuss the issues, which caused the tentative agreement not to be ratified.  The Elected Committee gave the Company additional new Proposals in an attempt to move us closer to being able to reach another tentative agreement.

 

After the new proposals were given to the Company and explained by the Elected Committee they answered all of the Company’s questions.

 

After the Company reviewed the proposals and in reference to all other discussions held with the Company, the Company Advised the Union that they were willing to make some Modifications or “tweeks” to the existing tentative agreement, but they will not be adding any new money to the

tentative agreement.

 

The Elected Committee continues to work on additional proposals to present to the Company.
