CenturyTel of Missouri Bargaining Report #18

This is to advise that the tentative agreement reached by the parties during the recent contract negotiations has been ratified by the membership.  Over 83% of those members voting on ratification voted to accept the new Agreement.

 

The Bargaining Committee consisted of CWA Representative Mark Franken, Gene Whitfield – Local 6310, Danny Rice – Local 6312, and Gary Kolb – Local 6373.  Mark Franken extends thanks to the Bargaining Committee for their efforts.  He also wishes to thank all members and officers who participated in the many mobilization activities that proved invaluable in reaching an agreement.
