CWA/AT&T Advertising Solutions Bargaining Report #5

The Union and the Company met yesterday November 3, 2009 at which time the Union responded to questions the Company had on different proposals. Additional discussions were held on Retiree Health Care, Medical Benefits, Excused Work Days, Short Notice Excused Days, Retiree Life Insurance, and Bridging of Service.

The full committee will meet again on November 4, 2009 and continue discussions.
