CWA/AT&T Bargaining Report #140

This report is for Tuesday September 29, 2009.  Bargaining continued today with discussions on Leveraged Title, Service Representative Task Force Agreement, Closed Key Time for Service Representatives, Incentive Plans, Two Hour Notice Committee Recommendations, and Utilizing Volunteers first for Overtime assignments.  Some recent progress has been made, however there are still major unresolved issues that the parties will continue to work on.
