CWA/AT&T Bargaining Report #142

This Bargaining Report is for Monday, October 5, 2009.  The parties discussed the following issues today, Prescription Drug Plan, Medicare, Appendix J, Leveraged Titles, Working Spouse Contributions, Care Plus and Life Insurance.  Several major issues are still unresolved, however; some progress was made and numerous questions answered.
