This bargaining report is for Friday, October 9, 2009. Several issues continue to be unresolved. Major issues include: Wages, Retroactive Pay, Premises Technicians work rules, Scheduling, and Overtime. The overall list continues to narrow and the parties continue to work toward an agreement.
