- Modification to Article 18, Section 18.4.1.3. (See attachments). Letter of Understanding in connection with Article 18.4, Loss of Seniority, Section 18.4.13
- Modification to Article 19, Section 19.8.2.5.3, 19.8.2.5.3.1 (See attachment)
- Grievances filed from August 15, 2007 through the ratification date of this Agreement will be arbitrable as provided in the Agreement.
- Provide Memorandum of Agreement that recognizes the employee’s pension benefit for which they are currently eligible, if they move between the Arkansas Central and the Arkansas Northwest labor Agreements. The movement must be a result of lay-off or an active employee being selected for a job opening and must occur within 30 days of leaving their former bargaining unit. Pension benefit includes the applicable lump sum benefit and the pre-retirement lump sum death benefit. The retiree medical benefit that the employee is eligible for at the time of the move will also be recognized. This memorandum does not supersede the respective MOA for Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (VEBA) set forth in the respective Labor Agreements.(See Attachment)

- Team Performance Award Memorandum – Change reference in #2 “Retail” to Customer Care Associate.
- Provide letter that states employees who have lost seniority after 6 months as a result of disability and do not qualify for LTD benefits will have the remainder of their eligible sick leave benefit paid out in a lump sum.
- Retroactivity to August 16, 2007 for only base wage rate increases.
- All other proposals presented on August 15, 2007 by CenturyTel will be adopted upon ratification of the contract.

- Facility Technicians and Outside Plant Technicians: Wage Increases
1st year – 1% Lump Sum; 1% to base wage rate
2nd year – 2% Lump Sum
3rd year – 2% Lump Sum
- Wage Increases for all other wage groups will be as follows:
1st year – 2% to base wage rate
2nd year – 2% to base wage rate
3rd year – 2.5% to base wage rate
- The majority of the Union Committee recommends ratification of the above listed items.
