CWA / City of Broken Arrow Bargaining Report #14

Your CWA Bargaining Committee met with the City of Broken Arrow on Thursday, June 25, 2009.  The City presented proposals on Article V -Holidays, Article XIX – Union Business, Article XXVII – Promotions, Article XXI – Grievance Procedure, Article XXX – Group Health, Dental and Life Insurance, and Article XXXI – Compensation. The City agreed to keep all terms of the existing contract in place if a new collective bargaining agreement has not been agreed to by the expiration date of June 30, 2009.  In addition the City has agreed to implement the performance increases on July 1, 2009.
