CWA/Northeast Oklahoma Electric Co-Op Bargaining Report #4

Monday, October 19, 2009 the CWA Bargaining Team met with the Company Bargaining Team.  The Union and the Company came to a tentative agreement on Article 6 – Work Schedules, Overtime, and ON-Call.  The Company presented new proposals on Article 9 – Seniority, Article 10 – Vacations, Article 11 – Holidays, Article 12 – Sick Leave, Article 13 – Leaves of Absence, and Article 14 – Safety, Health and Physical.  The CWA presented a new wage package under Attachment “A”.  Negotiations will resume on Wednesday, October 21, 2009.
