CWA/Northeast Oklahoma Electric Co-Op Bargaining Report #3

Today, October 14, 2009 the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company Bargaining Committee.  The Union and the Company came to a tentative agreement on Article 21 – No Strike; No Lockout, Article 22 – Union Activities, Article 23 – Waiver of Right to Reopen Negotiations, Article 24 – Classification and Wages, Article 25 – Discipline, and Article 28 – Nondiscrimination.  The two Committees continued to bargain over Article – 6 Work Schedules, Overtime and On-call.
