Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company and passed proposals for a substantial wage increase and modifications to the “at risk” LOA.
The Company provided two proposals relating to attendance and a second benefit proposal. The Company is starting to progress in the right direction regarding benefits but there is still further discussion to be made to get to where we would like to be. We are reviewing the proposals the Company presented but more discussion is needed.
Both committees will meet again to continue bargaining.
Continue to mobilize out in the field because it is really helping at the bargaining table!
