The joint committees resumed negotiations on Tuesday, October 4, 2016.  The Union reiterated to the Company our need for improvements in the  articles covering  Article 12 Force Adjustment, Article 17 Authorized Absences,  Article 19 Pension/401k,  Article 22 Health Insurance, along with commitments on job security and a significant wage increase.  We made it clear that we are at the table to negotiate a fair contract that we can recommend to our members.  The Company has presented proposals on changes to employee benefits including post retirement health care and flexibility on the use of the workforce.

Your CWA Committee is working hard to achieve the priorities you sent us to the table to get.  We appreciate your continued support!
