CONSOLIDATED (LUFKIN/CONROE) BARGAINING REPORT #4

Negotiations resumed Monday, October 10, 2016.  While some progress has been made in minor areas, we are still far apart on major items such as healthcare, pension/401k, retiree benefits, wages and job security.  The Union has requested additional information so that we can fully understand their proposals and we are waiting for the Company to respond.  At the table today, we received a notice of the Company's intent to suspend Home Dispatch.  A notice should go out by Wednesday.  For any questions or concerns about turning in your vehicle, please call your supervisor directly.  We appreciate your phone calls and messages.  Thank you so much for your continued support and encouragement.  Your bargaining committee will stay as long as it takes to obtain a fair and just contract.  We made it clear to the Company from day 1 that we are not at the table to negotiate concessions...WE WANT IMPROVEMENTS!!!!

UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY. UNITY
