We have received reports of Management behaving in an intimidating and harassing manner towards our members.  Please report ANY INSTANCE of this to President Darrell Novark via text 936-203-2522 off Company time.   You have a right to join a union and to participate in collective bargaining.  The Union is investigating these reports and are prepared to take any action necessary to protect the bargaining unit members.  


If you are not a member, you are protected too.  It is not too late for you to sign a union card so that you can fully participate in this process.

On September 17, 2021, the parties continued meetings at the bargaining table.  The CWA Bargaining Committee passed modified bargaining demands across the table.
