CONSOLIDATED (LUFKIN/CONROE) BARGAINING REPORT #9

The Company and Union were unsuccessful in reaching a tentative agreement prior to expiration.  The Company negotiating committee stated they would not be available until 1pm on Monday, October 17, 2016. The Union advised the Company on last Friday that we have a response their last offer presented at the table as well as needing additional information on their healthcare proposal and on the tuition aid policy/training.

The Company has been notified of the harassment and unprofessional behavior exhibited on last Friday.  We will make a formal statement at the negotiating table when we resume talks.  We ask you to report to work on Monday as usual.  At this point we are working without a contract.  Your wages and benefits will continue with no changes.

Report any instances of intimidation immediately to Darrell Novark.  Continue to tell your supervisor
