Today, the Company provided the CWA Bargaining Committee with a partial response to our comprehensive request for information. We expect that the Company will provide the Union with a full response very soon.
Our Bargaining Committee spent the day in caucus reviewing the information provided by the Company as well as discussing and formulating a counter proposal to the Company’s proposed vaccination mandate. Additionally, CWA’s legal department had been in consultation with the Committee regarding the impact of the federal requirements that were announced yesterday.
