On Friday, September 23, 2016, your CWA Bargaining Committee met in multiple negotiation sessions with the Company Committee.  During the afternoonbargaining session the Company Committee presented the Union Committee with what it described as their “final offer.”  


The “final offer” was a comprehensive bargaining package that included wage treatment, benefits and work rules.  The Union Bargaining Committee studied the company proposal and continued to bargainthrough the day into the evening with the Company.  There are still a number of items that need to be resolved.  Negotiations between the two Committees resumed on Saturday


morning.

On September 17, 2021, the parties continued meetings at the bargaining table.  The CWA Bargaining Committee passed modified bargaining demands across the table.
