The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative, Ron Swaggerty, VP Local 6215, and Arthur A. Whittington, Bargaining Committee Member Local 6215.
The Company Committee consists of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations, Jonah Serie, Area Manager, and Corey Turner, Area Manager.
The Company rejected our proposal on the Home Dispatch Program. We passed proposals on Article 17 – Bulletin Board, Article 7 – Holidays, ADT Essential Skills, and Apparel Program. After a lengthy discussion, the parties agreed to recess.
