The members of Locals 6201 and 6215 voted unanimously to ratify the CWA/ADT contract. New contract books will be made available as soon as they are printed and shipped. The bargaining committee would like to thank all of the ADT members in the DFW area for the support over the last few months.
Highlights of the agreement:
> 3 Year Agreement
> Base wage increases: 2011 2.3% 2012 2.5% 2013 2.5%
> Improvements for Paid absences In-Laws and Step relations are now included for funeral time
> Improvements in Travel Allowances
> Improvement to HVCI Includes a guarantee trip charge of $15.00 for installs
> Improvements to Article 22 Safety- Increase to $80.00 for Boots or safety glasses
> Established a COLA (Cost of Living Allowance language)
