ADT Security Services Bargaining Report #4

The full bargaining committee met June 22 and 23, in an attempt to reach an agreement.  The Company and Union proposals were discussed and tentative agreements were reached on several language proposals. 

The Union and Company are still far apart on economic and employment security issues.

We have agreed to a 30-day extension of the current agreement, now set to expire on July 30, 2011.

Should there be any developments prior to July 30, this information will be updated accordingly.
