The Union and Company met again on November 5 & 6, 2014, in Lawrence, Kansas.  The Company gave the Union its state of the business address.  The Union presented the Company with four (4) proposals; Benefits, Pension, PTO and Wages.  The Company rejected UP 1, PTO and UP3, Pension.  
The Company presented the Union with three (3) retrogressive proposals on November 5, and four (4) proposals on November 6. 
The Union and Company did tentatively agree to CP13, Article XIX, CP1, Article II and CP2, Article III.
The Company withdrew proposals 3, 5 and 8.
We are scheduled to meet again on November 13, 2014.
