The Union and Company met yesterday November 13, 2014, in Lawrence, Kansas. The Union presented to the Company a revised UP2 and a new UP5, Company Incentive. No agreements reached.
The Company presented to the Union CP6, Article IX, Rules, CP9, Article XIV, Overtime and Holidays and CP14, Article XX, Wages and Differentials. The Company also presented a revised CP11, Job Bidding, revised CP16, Job Classification and a new CP17, Job Classification. No agreements reached.
We are scheduled to meet again December 2, 3, and 4, 2014.
