The Union and Company met last Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in an attempt to reach agreement on a new contract.
We continue to discuss the company proposal to freeze pension bands and the impact that would have on our members!
The Union presented the Company with Union Revised Proposal 27, Savings Plan and Union Counter Proposal to Company Proposal 11, Short Term Disability/Worker’s Compensation.
No agreement was reached.
The Union and Company agreed to an indefinite extension to the current agreement and will return to the table in April.
