Dish Network Bargaining Report #1

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company’s attorney on November 17, and 18, 2011.  Proposals were passed by both the Company and the Union.  Several articles were agreed upon during this session.  This round of bargaining also included the beginning of negotiations for the North Richland Hills unit which has recently been certified.

Negotiations are becoming more difficult as the Company seems unwilling to reach an agreement that will be fair and recognizes your contribution to Dish’s success.  Your Committee continues to be aggressive and assertive in these negotiations.  We will not settle for a less than fair first contract for you and your families.  Our next round of bargaining is scheduled for January 12, and 13, 2012.
