Dish Network Bargaining Report #2

Your bargaining committee met again on January 12, and 13, 2012, with the Company attorney and a local representative from Human Resources.

Several proposals were exchanged at the table.  Both parties reached agreement on several more articles.

The Company is unwilling to “meet in the middle” regarding the issues of Seniority, Job Security, and Dispute Resolution.  Although your committee is determined to reach a fair first contract, we need your involvement in supporting these efforts.
