On Monday, November 24, 2014, CWA met with KRCG-TV to resume bargaining. CWA opened up with responses to the Company’s proposals presented on November 7, 2014 in the areas of Wages, Job titles, Benefits and Grievances and Arbitrations. The Company presented counter offers to the Union proposals on Vacation, Union dues, Hours of Work/Scheduling/Overtime/Call ins, Holidays, Sick Leave and Disability. The Union reviewed the Company’s proposals and asked questions pertaining to the language. After much discussion, the Union and Company agreed to schedule the next meeting for November 24, 2014.
