YP Holdings Bargaining Report #15

The Union and Company met today, December 3, 2013.  The Company presented the Union with a Revised Company Proposal 23, Cyber and TA compensation plans.   The Union presented the Company with UCP 12 to CP17, New Media Representative.  The Union and Company continued discussion regarding CP13, Pension Freeze, CP15, Health Benefits, CP16, Neutrality and Card Check Recognition, CP22, Training and New Hire Rates, LOU’s and MOA’s.  The Union rejected CP24, Telephone Sales Accounts.
No Agreement Reached!
We are scheduled to meet again December 4, 2013.
