Your Bargaining Committee again met late into the night trying to reach a Tentative Agreement.

Your Bargaining Committee worked late into the evening again in an attempt to reach an agreement with Verizon. We have two days till expiration of the CBA, with several key issues still on the table.

On Wednesday, your Bargaining Committee did not meet with the Company. We spent the day reviewing the information that was provided to us.

On Tuesday, your Bargaining Committee met with Verizon late into the evening. With the expiration of the CBA on Saturday at midnight, your Committee and the Company is committed to working late nights to reach an agreement before expiration.

On Monday, your Bargaining Committee met with the Company to go over in great detail the Healthcare Proposal that Verizon passed.

Your Bargaining Committee met with Verizon on both Saturday and Sunday. We passed several counters to the Company’s proposed Healthcare and Pension.

On Friday, your Bargaining Committee met with the Company to go over the medical

deductions and maximum out of pocket.

         On Thursday, July 28, we met with Verizon into the evening. Our main focus was the Healthcare counter proposal that Verizon passed us.

Your CWA Bargaining Committee continued negotiations today with ADT LLC.  The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative and Arthur A. Whittington, CWA Bargaining Committee Member Local 6215.

Your Union Bargaining Committee met with Verizon to go over proposals that the Union had

 Today both Verizon and your Union committees met in full session. We had discussions over the proposed healthcare and the cost of it along with questions over the pension.

July 19, 2016

Today, we began the 2016 negotiations with Verizon. Tony Shaffer, CWA Staff Representative, gave our opening statement and then yielded to Verizon to give theirs.
