The Union and Company met this morning to discuss and clarify Company Proposal 10, Delete numerous letters, MOU?s and MOA?s. The Union bargaining committee is meeting this afternoon to review the various compensation plans the company has proposed.
Over the past several days, District 6 and YP Holdings have engaged in decision bargaining relative to the Company?s November 30, 2013 surplus announcement.
First, I want to thank all of you for participating on the call last night. As we discussed, each Local will need to conduct a ratification vote on the proposed Compensation Plan.

Please be advised that we are currently in Effects Bargaining to discuss Attachment 2 of the April 17 ?Voluntary Retirement Incentive Offer Agreement.?
