This report is to advise members that significant progress was been throughout the day, evening and night on Friday. While the parties have drawn close to an agreement on a new contract, some issues important to the Union remain unresolved as of this posting. As such, the parties have agreed to extend the current Labor Agreement to allow additional time to resolve outstanding issues.

February 20, 2020 - Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company and received a new package proposal and your committee worked through the night reviewing our options. The Bargaining Committee is hopeful to reach an agreement by expiration and continues to hit roadblocks surrounding IHX, Benefits and Job Security.

February 19, 2020 - Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company and received a package proposal containing Wage Increases, Retail Consultant “At-Risk” Letter, Cricket Sales Advocate “At-Risk” Letter, Benefits, Company-Union Relationship, Basis of Compensation, Absences and MI60 Letter.

February 18, 2020 - Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company into the evening in an attempt to work through some of our remaining issues. Our discussions have centered around Benefit Items and our newly organized IHX work group in Arkansas.

February 17, 2020 - Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company and we are starting to make significant progress at the table. The negotiations are starting to pick up and we ask everyone to continue to mobilize to show support for the bargaining committee!

February 15 & 16, 2020 - Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company over the weekend and we passed proposals related to IHX regarding Wages, Sales Profiles and other Benefits. The Union was able to secure improvements to Call Quality Observations and we received another Benefits package from the Company on Sunday.

February 14, 2020 - Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company and we had a good discussion related to the MI60’s and the Union passed another proposal related to Force Adjustment and Work Assignments. The Union reached an understanding with the Company improving Hours of Work.

Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company and we had positive movement on some of our proposals but we still have a long way to go.
