The Union (CWA) and Company (CenturyLink/Lumen) reached a tentative agreement this afternoon, April 23, on a new 3 year contract, pending member ratification.
The Union and the Company met in St. Louis, MO on December 13, 2017. We reviewed outstanding information request and presented the Company with Union Proposals 11 – 16.
The Union and Company bargaining committees met on November 10, 2017, in Maryland Heights, MO. The Union asked clarifying questions regarding the new Payroll System, Incubator Trial and other DEX contracts.
The Union and Company will return to the bargaining table tomorrow November 8, 2017, in St. Louis, MO in an attempt to reach an agreement on a new contract.
The Union and Company met August 30th and 31st, 2017, in Austin, Texas, for the purpose of conducting “effects bargaining” over the impact to the employees as a result of the DEX acquisition of YP
Today, both Verizon and your Union committees met in full session. We had discussions over the proposed healthcare and the cost of it along with questions over the HRA (Health Reimbursement Account MOA).
The Union and the Company kicked off bargaining on 08/28/2017. After opening statements by both sides, the Company passed their proposals and the Union also passed some of ours across the table.
Several weeks ago DISH reached out to the Union stating they were going to start strictly enforcing the attendance policy they implemented in 2015 without notifying the Union. The Union immediately requested information over this and after reviewing the documentation provided, demanded bargaining with DISH.
