After over a month of haggling over a Confidentiality Agreement on the disclosure of information on the Pension Plan, the Company and Union FINALLY reached an agreement on the INFORMATION ONLY.  The Union was provided its initial request in the afternoon.   The Company also responded to the Union's request for information on Attendance, Bereavement Time and the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.  The Union spent most of the evening reviewing and analyzing the data and will resume bargaining on Wednesday.
